Class applications are accepted on an on-going basis by. Please e-mail your completed class application to:

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted for any further information we require, and if accepted for a class, you will be contacted to schedule a time for the filming and schedule a date for the release of your video on the Co-op’s YouTube Channel.


Prior to filming, we will have a conference call to establish needed materials, timelines, and to clarify any questions about using the Co-op kitchen space for filming.


If you need any specific materials for your class, please let us know as soon as possible, so we have a strong lead time to acquire necessary items. 


If you are unable to attend the filming of your class for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not attend and we can not easily reschedule, your class may be postponed or cancelled.


Once your video is posted, you will receive a stipend of $400 for completing the Class Instruction requirements. Thank you for your interest in strengthening our community through food education!
